Landfall! Hurricane Melissa lost some power over Jamaica, but the Category 3 storm just made a second landfall along the coast of Cuba. At 3:10 a.m. Wednesday, the eye of Melissa came ashore near Chivirico with maximum sustained winds of 120 mph. www.wxii12.com/weather | WXII 12 Weather
