WINNER ... Namibian child actor Alejandro Cooper was recognised as the best younger African actor at the Sotigui Awards in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, on Saturday. Alejandro starred in the local film, ‘Lukas’, directed by Phillipe Talavera and written by Mikiros Garoes. The film is about the daily struggles of children on the streets.
