Here’s 2 form tweaks to make on single arm dumbbell rows to improve the overall feel of the exercise. 1) stack your wrist and elbow joint of your supporting arm. This will help mitigate joint pain in that non working arm as you increase the weight 2) pivot your foot outwards to help avoid the dumbbell hitting your leg.
