We’re literally feeding our kids industrial products disguised as food — take Oreos for example: the ingredient list includes refined sugar, soybean/canola oil, artificial flavors, emulsifiers, and additives that most people would never use in home cooking, and they’re classified by independent food experts as an ultra-processed food with nutritional concern factors because of these ingredients and additives.  Ultra-processed foods like packaged snacks are not “food” in the traditional sense —
