Let’s check out how I hit 20,000 steps as a busy toddler mom✨everyday is different but my goal is to hit 15k steps each day. I get asked often how I track my steps accurately since I wear my Apple Watch on my wrist, and at this point I just assume it’s under estimates and that’s ok💁🏼‍♀️ I did get an @ouraring which I’m so excited for! I’ve said this a lot of times, but this many steps a day is not necessary! I enjoy staying active and walking at this point has become a hobby ☺️
