Thank you @MBA Coach Jeff for making HIIT so fun and easy to follow! The last time I did HIIT was many moons ago. I developed a phobia of it subsequently. I crashed so badly at the different stations just after one round because the coach was pushing me far beyond my abilities. I hated HIIT since. Today, my perspective of HIIT changed. I survived 5 rounds! 💪 More strength and core training to come!
