'Cyclone Tej' Alert In Mumbai: Next 2 Days Crucial, Warns IMD

Cyclone Shakhti intensifying into a ‘severe’ storm, the India Meteorological Department has predicted partly cloudy skies and light to moderate spell of rainfall in Mumbai and its suburbs on Sunday. A similar forecast was issued for the Thane and Raigad districts as well; however, for the Palghar district, chances of heavy rainfall have been predicted on October 8.
