Drumsticks make the dish a really affordable meal and they are loaded with flavour, cooking on the bone. Serves 4 Ingredients 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 2 tbsp honey ½ tsp dried chili flakes, optional ½ tsp smokey paprika 4 tbsp olive oil Salt, pepper 8 Free-Range Chicken Drumsticks 1 Celeriac, peeled, 1 head fennel, tops reserved 1 large brown onion, peeled 500g Brussel sprouts, cut in
